Policies & Info
Thank you for considering a purchase! Here’s some basic info I didn’t want to include in each individual listing.
Shipping
Your painting will be dry and varnished and will be mailed with a glassine paper covering to protect the face of the painting. Free domestic shipping is included for all purchases. Faster domestic shipping is available for an additional charge. For international customers, please reach out to complete your purchase through a custom invoice.
Returns?
While I always hope a customer will love their piece, I gladly accept returns of unmodified, undamaged paintings as long as the return is initiated within 7 days of receipt (day of delivery on tracking info).
What about frames?
Custom float frames are available! Just add the correct size of frame to your order through the frame listings. Don’t forget to specify the wood species in the notes at checkout: knotty pine—a buttery, slightly chunkier wood with prominent grain, or red oak—a mid-toned tan wood with tight, uniform grain. All frames are roughly 3/4” deep, 1/4” in thickness, and have a 1/8” reveal around all sides of the painting. Frames are unvarnished and are not wired.
What materials do you use?
I typically paint with Gamblin oil colors on Masterpiece or Raymar linen panels. I varnish all paintings with one thorough coat of Gamvar. Paintings are signed and dated in Sharpie on the back with no signature on the front (my own preference).
